Support
Support is charged in 15-minute units, with a discounted pre-paid bulk purchase option available. Service packs of 10 hours must be paid for in full before work can commence. Appointments booked before full payment of a service pack will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or a cancellation fee will apply.
